I'm a media professional with over 4 years of hands-on experience blending technology, storytelling, and live production. I got my start during the COVID era—dual-enrolled in college while still in high school—diving into cybersecurity and network admin. That early exposure, plus some volunteer work in podcast editing and event tech, lit the spark.
Since then, I’ve launched my own company—Atkinson Media Group—and built a career that bridges production, infrastructure, and community impact. Today, I serve as Director of Broadcast Technology at Defiance Community Television, where I lead a team delivering high-quality event coverage and modernizing broadcast workflows.
Whether it's scaling up A/V systems, troubleshooting live streams, or mentoring the next generation of creators, I thrive at the intersection of tech and creativity. Looking ahead, I'm focused on pushing community media forward—making it more accessible, innovative, and people-driven.
